MOB-2965 : (Allow Cityworks API Connection via Cityworks Office Companion) – When configuring a Cityworks Resource in the Freeance Configuration System, we now support use of a Cityworks 23.x Office Companion URL for the Application Server URL setting.

Since using Windows Authentication for logins requires the Office Companion App when using Cityworks 23+, this change will allow for users to continue using Windows Authentication after upgrading to Cityworks 23+.

MOB-2966: Unable to update Labor and Equipment records created in AMS or Respond. If you attempt to update a labor or equipment record that was created outside of Freeance (i.e., AMS, Respond, etc.), the record update page fails to load.

MOB-2968: Transferring material from Estimated to Actual silently fails if the material is not available in the selected storeroom. The UI should display an error message letting the user know there is an inventory issue with the selected storeroom.
