Bug Fix 

MOB-2950 :  GIS layer names differing from the Cityworks entity code type, caused a failure to attach assets from the map. 

This issue affects anyone who has changed their GIS layer names since configuring those layers for asset attachment in Cityworks, or if an alias is being used as the Cityworks entity code name that differs from the actual GIS layer name.
