Today we are releasing version 7.5.4 for the Freeance mobile integration with Cityworks AMS.

Freeance for Cityworks 7.5.4 consists of expanded SSO support for Esri ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Portal logins with Cityworks software. This is new authentication and authorization functionality added since the release of Freeance for Cityworks 7.5.3 software.

Cityworks SSO support REQUIRES Cityworks 15.5.x to 15.8.x software
Use of SAML2 and OAuth2 protocols require a Cityworks version of 15.5 or higher.

An SSO Setup and Usage Guide for the Freeance integration with Cityworks is attached for your review. If you are using Forms Authentication with Cityworks, there is nothing additional you need to do.

Freeance 7.5.4 software will be available on November 28, 2023 for download from TDC’s support site at support.freeance.com.

• iOS device apps are typically available for download from the iTunes store 1 to 3 business days after a new version of Freeance software is submitted to the iTunes store.
• Android device apps are available for download from the Google Play store within 1 business day.
